22 September 2005 - CAMBIO - Our Quick Exchange System for Wave Soldering Systems

With the CAMBIO Quick Exchange System it is now possible to switch your wave soldering system to lead free soldering and back again within a few minutes only. This way, you accelerate your production process, saving a significant amount of time and money. The solder baths are simply exchanged by means of a solder bath cart. The solder bath which is not being used during the respective process step is transported to the docking station where it is either kept at or heated up to a temperature below the melting point. This way the solder bath requires the least possible preheating time before it can be used for production, and there are no production delays. But our CAMBIO system is not only a perfect solution for switching between lead free and leaded solder. It also shows best results when used for different lead free alloys. Ask us for more information. We are happy to provide you with the answers you need. Just fill out the online mail form.

19 September 2005 - VAPORO - Our Vapor Phase Soldering System

Soldering systems should not heat up the plastic materials, connectors, switches, and sensors beyond their destruction points. This is especially important when using lead free solders with melting points between 217°C to 221°C. Regular convection reflow systems require a higher temperature delta to melt solder pastes with such high melting points, and this is why during the process the plastic parts are often damaged. But the vapor phase soldering technology offers a perfect solution as the temperature in the case of lead free solder lies considerably beneath the temperatures used in convection reflow systems. Printed circuit boards are thus prevented from destruction. STRECKFUSS SYSTEMS offers high quality reflow soldering without overheating – read more about our innovative VAPORO vapor phase soldering system.
